I have known Hosh for several years now and he’s probably one of the best trainers that I have ever had. I came to Hosh because I could not lift my arms past my shoulders. So I wanted to rehab my shoulder, so I could get back into playing volleyball. Then he did an evaluation to see my strengths and weaknesses. Once he compiled this information, he built a workout program that helped give me the best results for not only my short-term goals, but long-term goals as well. Hosh and I both came to an agreement that my shoulder and arm pain would not change overnight and it would take at least 2 years to fully recover and get the mobility back. As I progressed in my fitness journey, Hosh made adjustments to my workout program to help me get stronger and to challenge me. So, once I had more mobility anf strength in my arms and shoulders, we started to do more weight training and conditioning. This kept me motivated and wanting to strive for the next PR and to be the best version of me that I could be. Since working out with Hosh, I have gotten full strength and mobility back in my arms, lost 40 pounds, gained muscles mass, and feel healthier and stronger than I ever did playing college volleyball. I am so thankful to have found a trainer like Hosh.

I myself came to him four years ago looking for a coach with expertise in bodybuilding and Hosh did not disappoint. I have put on over twenty pounds of muscle during my training with him, and have experienced an extraordinary increase in size in every muscle group trained. Hosh also possesses a comprehensive knowledge of nutrition and can provide a vast array of meal plans depending on each client’s individual goals. Hosh is an amazing trainer. I have been training with Hosh for over 12 years now. He has helped me stay in shape thru two pregnancies. He has always customized his workouts to meet my needs. Hosh has also trained my son. Hosh's extensive experience and ability to connect with different age groups really set him apart from other trainers.
It's been 15 years ago I when I was introduced to Hosh. As a 45 year old immersed in managing family and business, my self care was lacking and besides my mid-section growing larger than my chest, my stamina and energy levels were way lower than desired. Within a very short period of time, at a couple sessions a week, we developed a connection that allowed Hosh to guide me in a healthy direction through both exercise and diet. It only took a couple months to realize the benefits and see results. Having no desire to get big, my focus has since been on getting fit and maintaining my physical health. Hosh has always tailored my regimen to accommodate any injury, discomfort, or even attitude, at any given session, and I've always come away feeling better both mentally and physically. Now at age 60, I feel and look better (so people say) than I did at 45. I continue to see Hosh 3 times a week and plan on doing so as long as possible

He adjusts workouts based on your needs and makes sure you leave feeling better, not worse. Even after all this time, he still surprises me with new workouts when I start to plateau.

I have been training with Hosh since 2012. Hosh is reliable, punctual, dedicated and experienced trainer. He has worked with me through my injuries and he has the patience to work with you on reaching your health goals. During my training with Hosh over the years, I have trained for a marathon, half marathon, 5k's, skiing and improving my overall health. I have trained with Hosh on body weights, cardio, boot camp and boxing.
Hosh will adjust your workout according to your abilities and fitness level. If you need to change your time or day, Hosh is extremely accommodating and flexible in meeting your schedule needs. I highly recommend Hosh Ahvari.

I've known about Hosh for years from my bestie. Finally pulled the trigger and Hosh had time slots opened that fit my schedule. Been training with him since April. Started with 2 days a week then moved to 3 days a week in September. Hosh is a professional and very approachable trainer. He really knows his stuff. I bring him examples of stuff I see and we dissect it to see if it would work or just a hard no. Hosh listens to what I believe I need work on. And he adjusts the workouts accordingly. He is intuitive and knows when to change the program which we do about every 6 weeks. I get a good workout every session. These are not "influencer" workouts! :)
